Delete Your Pick N Ship Account

Request deletion from the Pick N Ship app

If you can access your Pick N Ship account, the recommended way to submit your request is directly from the app.

1. Open the Pick N Ship app.
2. Sign in to your customer account.
3. Open Account.
4. Open Privacy & Security.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Confirm your account deletion request.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot access your Pick N Ship account, you may request deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include your:

• Full name
• Pick N Ship Customer ID, if available
• Registered phone number
• Registered email address, if applicable

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What information will be deleted?

When your account deletion request is completed, Pick N Ship will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required for providing our services.

This may include:

• Your Pick N Ship login account
• Saved delivery addresses
• Contact information that is no longer required
• Notification preferences and registered push devices
• Other personal profile information associated with your account

Information that may be retained

This may include records relating to shipments, orders, invoices, payments, deliveries, refunds, or other completed transactions.

Where possible, personal information connected to records that must be retained will be minimized or anonymized.

What happens after you submit a request?

1. Your deletion request is received by Pick N Ship.
2. We may verify that you are the owner of the account.
3. Your request is reviewed and processed.
4. Your account access will be removed when deletion is completed.
5. Personal information that does not need to be retained will be deleted or anonymized.
