    You can track your shipment either through our “Track Your Shipment” page or directly on the carrier’s website, so you always know where your package is and what stage it’s in.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Transit time depends on several factors:

    • The origin country (Turkey, UAE, USA, UK, France, China, etc.).
    • The type of products being shipped.
    • The selected shipping method (air or sea).

    Share the recipient’s name, phone number, and full address, along with the items you want to send, and we’ll coordinate the delivery with care. We can also notify the recipient when their gift is out for delivery.

Customs & Item Types
  • Do I have to pay customs?

    Our goal is no surprises.

    Whenever possible, the customs charges we know about are already included in the shipping estimate we share with you. The amount you see and approve is usually the amount you pay.

    If there are special cases, new regulations, or exceptions that may affect your shipment, we explain them clearly in advance so you can make an informed decision.

  • Do you ship fragile or liquid items?

    Yes, we can ship many fragile and liquid items, subject to route regulations.

    These shipments receive extra attention in terms of packaging, handling, and routing to reduce risk and ensure they arrive safely.

    Just inform us about the item type in advance (glass, liquids, electronics, etc.) and we’ll confirm what’s possible and advise on the best option.

  • Are there items you cannot accept?

    Yes. We strictly follow airline, sea line, and local regulations.

    Certain products — such as dangerous goods, some types of batteries, chemicals, or restricted medicines — may be partially or fully prohibited on specific routes.

    If you’re unsure, simply send us the product link, name, or photo. Our team will quickly confirm whether it can be shipped, under what conditions, and via which route.
